I am a male physician. I bought these scrubs after all the hype from everywhere. Material was not bad. However, the male athletic scrub bottoms have NO FLY ZIPPER!! No question, they are selling women's bottoms as men's. Also scrub tops advertise 3 pockets but its actually one pocket. Customer service is non -existent. No one picks up the phone and no one returns phone calls. False and misleading advertising. Return policy is a joke. I have plenty of other options for scrubs.

Hi. I recently responded to a marketing email from Figswear, Randburg. Try are also called Cloud Commerce. They offered a 50% limited time discount on their scrubs. I placed the order paid via Payfast, received acknowledgement from Figs, confirming the order, and expected delivery date. Nothing arrived on the due date. Thereafter, I tried emailing them, but the emails are not going through. I complained to the Payfast support centre. They tried to contact the vendor, but failed. I was advised to request a refund from my bank. This company is a fraud, and a scam. Be warned.

Decided to test out figs to see what all the talk is about. I gotta say they are very comfortable. Yeah it’s got a higher price tag, but in my opinion you get what you pay for— high quality scrubs that will last you a long time. You will have to find the right size for you and don’t forget they have “slim” options for a better fit.
I had to return my first pair due to sizing and had no issues with refunds or shipping, not sure why all these reviews say otherwise. Overall figs has become my main brand to buy my scrubs from.

Terrible company! Merchandise overpriced! Horrible return/exchange policy! If you want to exchange an item, they limit what items you can choose from. Would not recommend and would never buy from again. Plenty of other companies offering same product at lower price, with better customer service!

I have many scrubs from different brands but I decided to try something new and ordered a limited edition scrubs recently and order and tracking # was provided. Almost a month later and the order has not arrived at my doorstep. I emailed customer service after two weeks but no update was provided. Tracking # given showed that the items were in a sorting company. 1-2 wks later and still in the sorting company. This led me to chat instead of email as the customer service is very prompt in answering emails. Customer service agent checked and offered to give refund as the limited edition colors are now out of stock.
It is frustrating and disappointing when such a company labels themselves as one of the best and yet fail to deliver (pun intended) and this company is also notorious for screening out bad reviews! If its possible to leave less than a star I would!
PS. In my opinion, Jaanuu is still the brand to beat for something comfortable, stylish, fair prices, discounts and fast delivery with good customer service.

Very dissatisfied with refund/exchange policy. I purchased a set of scrubs and sneakers for my daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately she needs to wear navy blue and I got black. All I wanted to do was exchange the color and they would not allow because it was over 60 days. Absolutely unacceptable customer service from this company.

I noticed they offer international shipping to Germany, so I made an order that cost me €180+ & I have waited for the parcel more than two weeks to arrive.
After that, The affiliated shipping company informed me that they were unable to deliver the parcel for UNKNOWN reason & so they will return items to the sender and advice me to contact Figs to claim a refund.
Since then I’m trying to contact Figs through emails (I’ve sent more than 5 emails), DM through instagram, comments & mentioned them on Twitter but they NEVER RESPOND!

I have a few scrubs from figs. I like the colours and find them comfortable. I have purchased size M in the past and fits well, and i have puchased size S and its a bit tight. Now i ordered a size M of a different size of trousers and they are huge so want to return. No option to exchange just refund - i.e. would have to pay now £10 to return plus if I want the different size of trousers would have to pay another however much for shipping as the trousers alone would not qualify for free shipping. So an already overpriced pair of trousers becomes even more expensive.

Ordered your 2xl scrubs, based on the size chart compared to normal clothing I wear for example under armour or basically any male clothing brand, and the scrubs wouldn’t even fit over my shoulders, pretty sad the 2xl fits like a medium, figs trying to be inclusive with their pride posts but not inclusive to a population who is active and fit with any amount of muscle… why not make sizes for bigger people ? Why market scrubs as xxl with certain chest and waist which aren’t accurate in the slightest Comparable to other clothing even scrub brands, And then I have to pay to return the scrubs.. joke of a company
